Parmesan Cheddar Burgers

Everyone loves a good burger. These Parmesan cheddar burgers are flavorful, juicy and cheesy. Normally, I would have my husband cook burgers on the grill, but since it is the middle of winter, and there is a 6 foot snow drift blocking the path to the grill, I made these in the oven. They are still delicious in the oven and if you want them a little charred, just turn them on broil the last couple of minutes.

This is a freezer friendly recipe. I like to make a double batch and freeze the extras. I always use my awesome patty maker when I make these burgers. This patty maker is great because you can freeze the patties directly in the patty maker. Also, this garlic peeler is a must when peeling garlic for this recipe. It is so easy, my kids love to help peel the garlic.

These Parmesan cheddar burgers inspired me to create a Cheeseburger Soup recipe. It is creamy, cheesy and delicious.
