From Freezer to Table is the best cookbook written about freezer meals. To say this cookbook changed my life might be a little melodramatic, but it has seriously changed the way I feed my family.

From Freezer to Cooker is the newest cookbook by the same authors of From Freezer to Table. It also has amazing recipes in it. Every recipe tells you how to make it in a slow cooker and in an instant pot. This cookbook is a fantastic resource. I might love it just as much as their first cookbook.

How Baking Works is a fantastic book about the science of baking. I had a friend recommend it to me. I have been able to create my own recipe, in part, because of the information in this book. It is a textbook and has experiments in it that you can do to test any theories you may have about baking.

My Mom and Dad:

I feel as though I have to give credit to both my Mom and Dad as resources. My mom used to be a home economics teacher and has taught me everything she knows. Her knowledge is invaluable. My dad is a great taste tester and his understanding about cuts of meat has been extremely helpful.

My Brother:

I also feel it is necessary to list my brother as a resource. He helped me pick a name and has been an amazing editing resource. He is brutally honest, which is good. He also has helped with testing out recipes.
