Description

This Italian dressing is pretty close to the good seasons Italian dressing packet.  This is healthier since it doesn’t have preservatives in it.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon ground oregano, you can substitute 1 tablespoon dried oregano leaf
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil leaf
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/8 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together.
  2. To make the dressing, mix together vinegar, water and olive oil. Add 2 tablespoons of the dry ingredient mixture and mix well.
