Description
These easy oven roasted mushrooms are yummy and flavorful. They are versatile and can be thrown into any recipe to make it better, whether that’s in an omelet, on a burger or in a casserole. They are also great on their own.

- 24 ounces mushrooms, cleaned and quartered (I use white or baby portabella)
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
- Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray
- Clean and quarter mushrooms and place them in a large bowl
- Add sea salt, onion powder, garlic powder and black pepper. Stir well.
- Add olive oil and stir again.
- Pour mushrooms on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 35 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
