Description
This chex mix is delicious. The liquid smoke adds a wonderful smokey flavor.
Ingredients

- 4 cups rice chex
- 4 cups corn chex
- 2 cups rye chips
- 1 cup peanuts
- 1 cup goldfish
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
- 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 1/4 teaspoons onion powder
Instructions

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line a half sheet pan with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, mix together chex, rye chips, peanuts and goldfish and pour into the parchment lined half sheet pan.

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce, sea salt, garlic powder and onion powder until well blended. Pour over chex mix. Stir it well so that the chex mix is evening coated.

Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. When done, pour onto parchment lined counter top to cool. Once completely cooled store in an air tight container.
Notes
You can always substitute your favorite chex mix ingredients.
