Description

Creamy, fruity, sweet and cool, these popsicles hit the spot on those hot summer days. These babies don’t last long in my freezer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 lemon zested and juiced
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (I like to use my own homemade vanilla yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup (You could substitute honey or leave out the sweetener all together)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.Blender with strawberry yogurt popsicle ingredients blended up

  2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.Pink liquid poured into popsicle molds for Stick for popsicle mold being placed into mold after strawberry liquid has been poured into a blue popsicle mold

Notes

  • You can always use whatever fruit you like best.  We love strawberries, so that is what we use. This recipe is also great to just drink as a smoothie instead of freezing it.
