Description
Creamy, fruity, sweet and cool, these popsicles hit the spot on those hot summer days. These babies don’t last long in my freezer.
Ingredients

- 8 oz fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1/2 lemon zested and juiced
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (I like to use my own homemade vanilla yogurt)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup (You could substitute honey or leave out the sweetener all together)
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla
Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
Notes
- You can always use whatever fruit you like best. We love strawberries, so that is what we use. This recipe is also great to just drink as a smoothie instead of freezing it.
