Description
This asparagus is so good. We could eat it for every meal. The instant pot makes it easy and quick.
Ingredients

- 1 pound asparagus
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons extra light olive oil
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Wash the asparagus and then break off the woody end of the asparagus. To do this, hold the asparagus close to each end and bend it until it snaps. Throw away the bottom end.

Pour 1 cup water into the instant pot. Add a steamer basket if you have one, otherwise you can just put the asparagus right in the water.

Place the lid on the instant pot and press the steam button. Cook for 0 minutes. (I know, this seems weird, but when it pressurizes and then depressurizes it will cook the asparagus perfectly.)

When it beeps, do a quick release. Take asparagus out, place it in a dish, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
