Description
This homemade taco seasoning is the best and much better for you than the packets in the store. I like knowing all the ingredients that go into my food.
Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground oregano, you can substitute 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional
Instructions

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Store in an air tight container.

You will use 2 tablespoons of seasoning per pound of meat.
Notes
This recipe makes about 1/2 cup of seasoning.
I like to make a triple or quadruple batch so I always have taco seasoning ready.
